Please read following before proceeding with your booking:
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
1. RENTER understands that when the watercraft is reserved, it is no longer available for other customers and therefore EDMOND BOAT RENTAL cannot commit the watercraft to another customer during the reserved dates/times. Consequently, in the event RENTER cancels, changes dates, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period, the entire rental total shall still be due and payable. 2. if 15 Minutes passed after delivery to the customer with no complain from renter about condition of the boat, renter agree no money will be refunded except if boat have mechanical issues not cause by renter. 3. customer will be charged 100% of their payment if customer are one hour late and booking will be cancelled. 4. customer agree to pay $2 per minute if customer don't bring the equipment on time, it the customer responsibility to be on time for their booking and pick and drop off at the correct time specified in the reservation 5. when the weather do not allow the boat to be operable like (raining ) renters will have the choice to reschedule their booking to a different date or be refunded 10% of their payment.
FUEL:
RENTER there is a charge of $10/hour for jetski rental and $20/hour for boat rental. customer should pay attention to fuel gauge and refill if necessary or called so we can provide more fuel
CLEANING FEES:
I, the RENTER, understand that if the equipment is not as clean upon return as it was upon checkout that it will be professionally detailed at a rate of $20 and I will be responsible for such costs.
